Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Brune’s warehouse within India using trusted logistics partners via Velocity's shipping platform.

Shipping Timelines

• Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday to Saturday) are typically shipped the same day

• Orders placed after 10 AM on Saturday or on Sunday are processed on the next working day

• No dispatches are made on Sundays, national holidays, or bank holidays

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on the delivery location. In rare occasions, shipping timelines may be affected by logistics delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints. These are beyond Brune’s control, and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to unforeseen delivery delays.

Shipping & COD Charges

• All orders qualify for free shipping

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders also include a COD fee/charge of ₹100, added at checkout

 

Order Tracking

Once the order is processed and dispatched, a tracking link is sent automatically via email, SMS/WhatsApp.

Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and email at checkout. If there’s an error, you may write to support@brune.in. However, once the order enters processing, it may not be possible to make changes. Brune is not liable if an incorrect address is submitted and the correction request is missed.

Undelivered Orders

Undelivered Orders (Prepaid): If a prepaid order cannot be delivered and is returned to us (Return to Origin), we do not resend it. Once it is received back at our warehouse, the order amount is issued as store credit, which you can use to place a fresh order. Refunds are not made to the original payment method. If the order was returned because you were unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, a ₹99 return fee is deducted from the store credit.

Undelivered Orders (Cash on Delivery): If a COD order is undelivered, the parcel will not be resent. A fresh order must be placed to receive the item. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders on brune.in.

BRUNE ships via Velocity, which uses reliable delivery providers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others.

Serviceable Regions

Orders are currently shipped only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
